With regards to side effects, there are no major side effects. A small percentage might experience some of the things you mention but they are usually very minor and hardly noticeable.
Usually it is not seen that there is any increase in irritability but a very small percentage may experience it. Usually it goes away pretty quickly.
My main concern is the niacin. Will it cause a ‘niacin flush’?
We have not heard of any such effects.. the amount of niacin isn’t high enough to cause a ‘flush’
